PCI device id and vendor id list

Hello all,

I have just joined this list.  I might have missed out on the past postings,
and i went through the archives.

I am looking for a list of Vendor and Device IDs.. i am not sure if this is
similar to the search for the holy grail, but I am trying to map out PCI
network card VendorID/DeviceID to proper drivers.. If anyone has found such
a list, or can share a location of where I can get it, please please please,
let me know where it is.
