Drivers PCI for CPV3060 & CPV5350

Hi.

I am working on a cPCI Rack with a CPV3060 (MPC860 card) & a CPV5350
(Pentium II & NT4.0).
I need to make communications between thoses two cards.

Do you know where I can find some drivers for the Pentium card to access the
CPV3060 ?

Are they some generic PCI drivers under NT4, to send data on the PCI Bus ?
(examples & links welcome ...)
