Go to the PCI SIG web page and attempt to access the members only
area. Cancel the login request, and you'll get a page which includes
a link to the Access Request Form. Alternatively, just go through
the membership link to get to the Access Request Form.

The form checks that your email address matches your claimed company,
and gives you a login to use if it does. If it doesn't match, you
are given an email address to apply to for manual processing. This
is the PCI SIG Administration address, administration@pcisig.com.

However, I emailed the PCI SIG Administration address for this
purpose 4 days ago, and I haven't yet had a response. Does anyone
know how to wake them up?
