Signing an NDA is pretty standard.  Actually, if you think
about it, you wouldn't want to join a company that DIDN'T
have you sign an NDA.  After all, you want to find out what
they are really working on.  You should expect that some of
what they tell you is confidential.  Put another way, if you
aren't gaining confidential information, you probably aren't
doing enough interviewing of THEM.  An interview should be
a two way exchange of information.
