Help on PCI versions

Hi

I have been given the unenviable task of finding out information on the
various PCI versions by my marketing director. Not being a
technically-minded guy, I am writing to you to ask if you could maybe help
me with the following information:

*	What are the features and benefits of each various PCI
version/update?
*	What disadvantages (if any) do the newer versions have in comparison
to the older ones?

I would really appreciate any help you can goive me on this one, as I am
well and truly stuck on it.
