Interfacing PCI devices to AGP bus

Does anyone have anyone experience with interfacing PCI devices to the AGP
bus? In particular were you able to successfully get this to work with the
Intel 440BX Northbridge chipset? Did you encounter any subtle problems or
was it the same as interfacing to a standard PCI bus controller? I am
particularly interested in the case where the device is doing mostly DMA
master type operations on the bus. Did you encounter any cache coherency
issues?
