Where to buy PCI-PCI bridge add-in cards?

Hi,

I searched the mail reflector archive and came up with a couple of leads on 
this question, but it hasn't been definitively answered, so I'll go ahead 
and ask it.

I need PCI-PCI bridge cards to conduct some Microsoft WHQL testing 
(specifically, system and storage:SCSI tests; see page 43 of the document 
in ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/services/whql/docs/HCT9502_SCSI_Adapter.exe for 
the details of how the bridge card is involved in the test).  Is there an 
easily accessible source to purchase such beasts from?
