I try to develop a PCI-Board including a Xilinx-FPGA chip. This board should carry as much RAM as possible. For this reason I want to use a 64 MByte DRAM chip, but the access of DRAM is difficult. Is there anyone who knows where I can get information about a DRAM controller, or where I can purchase such a controller. Thanks for all answers!
