Duane, if you are using our core, it's no hassle at all to get a Device
ID from us that you can use with our Vendor ID, 0x10EE. Just send an
email to logicore at xilinx dot com and we'll be happy to help. If you
are not using our core, drop me an email and maybe I can change your
mind. :-)
