WinNT Utility to program Intel 21554 serial ROM

I am looking for a Windows NT utility/driver to program the Intel 21554's
serial ROM.  I know that someone has done this before!  I need to change the
class code for the 21554...quickly...You know, deadlines loom.  So, if you
have a utility or driver, please email me directly ASAP!
