Wake on Lan problems

I am trying to figure out why one of my cards (using Realtek 8139B) won't wake
up the system when sent a Magic packet, but the other one(using Realtek 8139C)
works just fine.  I don't have too much experience with these WOL issues, so I
am pretty well stumped.  I am testing both cards in same system, using same
method (i.e. only difference is the NIC).  Any ideas or help would be greatly
appreciated.
