Any problems using AMCC S5920 PCI chip ??

Hi..

I am about to embark on my a new PCI bus design. 
We are thinking of using the AMCC S5920 PCI chip.
We used the AMC S5933 for a previous project about 3 years ago, but
the "active " add on bus interface looks more attractive for this design.

Has anyone had any problems using this IC ???

Any input appreciated.
