PCI-AGP/PIII bus specs

 We are looking into the design of a custom northbridge-type of 
controller.  Does anyone know where I can find the bus spec on AGP 2x-4x? 
 Even better, any source with an off-the-shelf AGP core IP available for 
purchase?
 Also, same question(s) for PIII frontside bus.  Thanks.
