RE: BGA Assembly



Anthony,

I know one or two that can handle standard pitches, but probably haven't yet
tried the fine-pitch.

I seem to recall someone recommending a manufacturing unit at Napier
University in Edinburgh, specifically for BGA / small quantities.
Unfortunately I can't recall the contact details, although I think there was
some connection with the Scottish Advanced Manufacturing Centre. You could
try their wed site at http://www.samc.co.uk.
