we have experience with a small company in Germany, which is
specialized on small and very small quantaties. They are
even exchanging defective parts on a single chip base, no reflow
in this case, but 'personal handling'. The results are fairly good.

In the EU it should be no problem to send the boards with
UPS or whatever in short time. I don't think the handling is
more complicated from the UK than from Berlin.
