PCI-ISA

Dear all,
	My project is convert ISA measurement cards(ADC , DAC etc.) to
PCI bus . I'm going to purchase S5920DK1(PCI development kit)from AMCC.
>From AMCC document , we can plug in ISA card to the kits and we can
access to ISA card. When I looking into the kit schematic , I found that
S5920
chips must work with other CPLD to access to ISA bus . 
	Anybody know other chip can do PCI-ISA converter ?
National Semiconductor chip ,PC87200 , can do this function.
Is there anybody has an experience with PC87200 ? How its performance ?
