Nobody can make a universal extender card without burning up people's
computers because there is no such thing as a universal "slot".

You might be able to find a probe only card (no slots, just a bunch of
headers).  But most people want to plug their card into the probe card so
that they can observe REQ/GNT.  So most vendors only make extenders
instead of probe cards (I don't know of a single vendor that makes a probe
card only).

Just buy two extender cards.  Or you can buy somebody's universal PCI
logic analyzer card.  I remember that there was somebody that had a
universal logic analyzer PCI card (no slots on it).
