I am using PLX9030 with Microchip 93LC56B EEPROM on PCI bus, going through Universal PCI connector. When I program the EEPROM, PC doesn't want to boot (it looks like it is not going out of RESET); When I apply probe on PCI RST signal (1Mohm; couple of pF capacitance) PC start to boot properly.
