There's been some discussion about this issue but it might be reasonable
for you to use the motherboard-supplied 3.3V (IMHO). The ATX spec for
motherboards
states the 3.3V supply must be within +/- 4%. This is to be expected
since
some chipset core logic require 3.3V at +/- 5% (see Intel's 450NX
chipset).
I would be very surprised if this same voltage was not supplied to the
PCI slots!
Of course it all depends what your market is.
