Our plating method is very old type. (That is: - A basin on gas stove, which has 5 sodium cyanide crystals and heat it. Two side gold as anode in basin and 24 bangles or 8 chains as cathode. It is putting in solution for 1 or 2 minute. Then after it takes from basin and the ornaments hand brushing with wire brush.) We are taking between 8and 12 coatings like that. Per day we are using 15 or 20 gram gold for plating of 300 bangles and chains. But this is wasting our time and more part of gold is going in to drainage. We want to mechanize our method.could you help me giving informations about gold plating?.
