miniPCI Type III Connector?

MiniPCI specification, Revision 1.0, Page 57, Section 5.5.1.2, "Type III
System Connector Specifications" states:
"The Amp 1318228-1 124 position 0.8 mm socket or equivalent is located on
the host system board"

That Amp part number is for a semi-hard tray assembly containing 20 of the
actual connectors.  The correct Amp connector part number is 1123992-1.
It is a very low profile connector, that leaves no room to place parts
beneath it on the system board.

Are there any other sources of equivalent connectors that raise the miniPCI
card?
