Inexpensive PowerPC PCI Bridge/Memory Controller

Gentlemen,
 What company(ies) are making the least expensive PCI Bridge/Memory 
Controllers compatible with the PowerPC 60X bus?  (Ideally, something 
like a stripped-down MPC107 - no arbiter for second CPU, no ECC needed, 
Host Bridge function not needed, support for only 2 banks of SDRAM.)
