Why have multiple BARs RE: Programmable BARS
In addition to the afore mentioned reasons, you may use separate BARs for
separate buffers for different tasks that are operating simultaneously.
Depending on task completion, access to one BAR might result in a delayed
transaction while access to another may proceed immediately. -- BrooksL
