Question regarding PCI Male-Male connector

Hi,
	We are in urgent need of a PCI male/male connector (or something similar to that), using which we can plug into a standard PCI slot on a host PC on one end, and plug into the expansion PCI slot of our development board on the other end. 
Basically, we would like to make the development board work as a PCI peripheral device. I know of PCI expansion systems which basically provide a PCI connector card on one end which plugs into the host PCI slot and on the other end it is connected 
through some sort of a cable to a chassis which has one or more PCI expansion slots. But, we are in need of something which has PCI connector cards on both the ends of the cable. Has anybody seen or develops such a product which we can use ? I would 
appreciate any help regarding this.
