qualification/characterization of pci cards

Hello,

I am working on the development of a pci add-on card for the commercial
market.  We are making preparations to ship a production version of the
card and are considering what qualification and/or characterization
testing should be performed before considering the production design
finalized.

Does anyone have experience with qualification/characterization testing
and test setups for add-in cards into commercial desktop PCs and 1U
chassis?  What temperature ranges and airflows would be considered worst
case?  Do you vary the power supply voltages.. test for power
interrupts?

We will be having an outside lab perform the EMI radiation tests per FCC
regulations.  Are there any other qualification tests required or
suggested?
