CBE signal decoding in VHDL

Sir,
     When we decode the C\BEn signal to determine the bytes that r being asseted, we have to read the corresponding data  according to the C\BEn signal ,from the respective memory and place it in the output.Now while reading and placing the data  as output in the address bus we have a problem using the "For Loop " statement.How to solve it?
