i21152 PCI-PCI Bridge + Win2K

Hi,

I've got a board our company has that has a i21152 bridge chip on it
and under certain Intel MOtherBOard configs with Win2K it has resource
conflicts.

I've trawled various sites, microsoft, the SIG list, and various other
ppl's brains and the best "answer" I can find is that with a combination
of the Intel i814/815/820 mobo chipsets, Win2K and the i21152 PCI-PCI
bridge the system's BIOS mis-configures the bridge and then Win2K refuses
to touch it as it then CONFLICTS with the AGP controller's resource space.

The only two solutions I could think of were;
1) Write a similar driver to PCI.SYS and make load before PCI.SYS
2) Write a driver to re-allocate the i21152 and run it before the PCI.SYS
driver.

I'm __NOT__ a PCI Guru in any shape nor form so I am turning to this
group in the hopes a fellow developer has seen this problem and knows
if my workarounds will work? Or prehaps has a better workaround? Does
anyone have any feedback?

PS: Linux/Win98/NT4.0 have no problems, it's just Win2K that is "feature
ridden" with this particular configuration.
