Pci-sig mailing list administrative note

As of this post the pci-sig and pci-com mailing lists will
accept submissions only from listmembers.

The From: address must match the address used on the mailing list.

The list software does have the ability to permit alternate addresses
to submit articles.  I can place you on that list if you send e-mail
to listmaster@znyx.com with a list of all the addresses you wish
to submit articles from.
