I've seen the following;

Serverworks LE Chipset and PIII based boards

- Intel STL2
- Tyan (Thunder LE, HEsl and a couple of others)
- SuperMicro Super370 DLE/DL3/DLR etc

Intel i840 chipset and PIII based boards
- Intel obviously have an i840 based board, can't remember it offhand.
- Thunder i840


Can't find any support for 66MHz PCI for AMD or P4.
