Hi, PCI experts.

I think there is standalone PCI arbiter which is not in
Host/PCI bridge or PCI/PCI bridge. But I can't find it.
It should have 5 or more REQ#/GNT# signals.
I think it can be implemented in ASIC or EPLD (or FPGA).

If anyone knows where I can get it or any ideas,
please let me know URL or chip vendor.
