request for info on products that comply with low profile PCI card ECN (MD1 or MD2)

(I hope this is the right forum for this info request. Please let me know if
it's not.)

In order to decide if Low Profile cards should be supported in future x86
server products, we would like to find out what is available in the market.
We would appreciate that anybody making PCI or PCI-X cards respond to this
request with information of their available or planned Low Profile products
(vendor, function, MD1 or MD2 profile, etc.).
