21154BE Intel Bridge troubles -- Need 21154BC's! Help!

We have been able to demonstrate that the 21154BE Intel bridge is mangling 
a target write.  I have attached the .pdf file showing the bridge passing a 
memory write command from the primary to the secondary bus with no bytes 
enables active.  We have not gotten a satisfactory response from Intel and 
have run out of options.

Can anybody sell us some 21154BC's?  Please?

OR

Can somebody tell us what in world is going on here?
