PCI JTAG on PC HW

Hi all,

We have some JTAG configurable chips on the end of our electronics
chain. This chain "starts" with an "in-house" developed PCI card over
which we have "full" control.

Now we'd like to use conventional PC hardware (& software) to relay the
PCI JTAG lines to program our end chips by routing the PCI JTAG lines to
the final hardware.

But how do we access the PCI JTAG lines from the PC software side? Which
(if any) retailed motherboards/chipsets support this?

Any experiences?
