Hi Chun Hung Lin

Its is recommended to register our company name in PCI-SIG Group ,case when we sell our PCI cores,in ur case it is not mandatory to be the member of PCI-SIG because the product is used by ur own in house products,we can get the PCI Spec from the PCI-SIG by cash payment.
