Fast Devsel PCI to PCI Bridge

Are there any pci to pci bridges that support fast devsel
when the bridge is a write target?  I have seen chips that support
medium devsel if the bus is operating at 33 Mhz and then support slow
devsel for 66 Mhz, but I was wondering if there is an existing product
that supports fast devsel, at any speed.
It would seem, if write posting is employed, that the bridge should be
able to claim a transaction right away.  Many thanks!
