Yes, I've been using the E2928A successfully over the serial port and Fast
Host Interface port using NT. Since you can connect to the board, you might
want to check the config space via the GUI to see if it is normal or not.
Normal meaning the Device/Vendor ID = 0x2928103c and the other registers
look normal. I have encounter specific configurations (seems to be boards
specific) situations where the card successfully connects, but the config
space is totally messed up.
