Cardbus Power Management

I am developing a Cardbus interface which will interface between a device
and the Cardbus socket. How should the PME bits and the GWAKE bits in
Cardbus Function Registers be implemented?

Spec says the wakeup signal should be conditioned with PME_En for asserting
CSTCHG# ("CSTCHG can not be asserted unless PME_En is set" - 6.3.2.4). It
also specifies that wake up should be conditioned with GWAKE mask, to
produce the CSTCHG#( 5.2.11.3.2). Should these bits(PME_en & GWAKE mask) be
implemented as a single register?

What all bits affect the device wake up signal, before it appears as
CSTCHG#?
