I have bought a PCI extender from CATALYST quite a while
ago. The attached software allows observing and even
manipulating the PCI registers. It can be downloaded from
http://www.catalyst-ent.com/Software/software.htm. (PCI Hot
Swap Utility). Maybe this helps.....
