Hi,
I has just finished a pci card using pci9052 of PLX. It cannot
work very well. That is it can not run on the motherboards of some brands.
And only on other brands' motherboards the card can behavior as what I
designed.
Somebody told me the problem is that the electricity
of motherboards are different, so my card cannot run on some
motherboards. But if it is the real reason I want to know where did the mistake
hide in, my design or the pci9052 chip? Maybe the chip itslef did not be
supported by some motherboards.
Or, are there other reasons? I have mail to PLX to ask for
support, but they didn't give me any answer. So I have to count on you
now.
Hope for your help! Thanks!
Best regards!
