Timing problem : setup not OK

I' m currently working on a 33 Mhz, 32 bits board.
On old PCs my board works correctly, but with new PCs I'm in trouble...

I've declared three memory zones that have the following description :
BAR 0 : memory not prefetchable 64 bytes,
BAR 1 : memory prefetchable 256kbytes,
BAR 2 : memory prefetchable 256kbytes.

My problems occurs when I try to make a read on BAR0 : the address are
stable only 3 ns before the clock edge beginning a read access (this
violates the 7ns of setup that are needed).

On the two other BARs there 's no such problem.

Anyone else experienced such problems ?
How can I solve my problem ?

Remark : At this moment i don't know the chipset that is involved on the
new type of PC but I'm currently checking for that.
