Secondary side PCI Reset

Hi All,

I have designed a cPCI Universal Carrier Board (System slot) with the Intel
21154BE PCI-PCI  bridge on it.
It has two PMC slots and one PCI-64 slot  interfaces at  the primery side of the
 bridge and CPCI- 64  interface at the secondary side.

Here I am facing a problem like this.
When ever I am inserting any 32 bit card (PMC/PCI) to any one of the slots on
the primary side of the bridge,
the reset on the secondary side of the bridge remains asserted. Only after using
 mannual reset, this reset is getting deassserted.
When i put any 64-bit card in the slots, the reset on the secondary side of the
bridge gets de-asserted after the reset on the
primary side is de-asserted. So i am facing this problem only when i populate
the slots with 32-bit card.

Has any one faced a similar problem like this? If so please share your
experience.
