Does anyone know of any PCI add-in card issues with the Motorola MPC8245?

Does anyone have any experience in using the MPC8245 or MPC8241 on an

add-in card design?

I am trying to design an add-in card that uses the MPC8245 integrated

processor tied directly to the PC host system's PCI bus so I don't have to

add a non-transparent P2P bridge. Is the MPC8245 suitable for this purpose?
