PCIX-MODE2 : Zterm issue

Greetings,

I am confused about Zterm. I am not sure
whether Zterm should be always connected to PAD
evenif Driver is driving the PAD or it should be
disconnected . If it should be disconnected then
what is the timing requirement for this.
