Dear Group:

I have a question related to DEVSEL# assertion time.
There are 4 device select speed--fast, medium, slow, and substrative.
Will the master holds the AD(address) and C/BE#(command) data valid till it
receive DEVSEL# from target?
My analogy is:
The target agent is required to latch the valid "address" and "command" upon
FRAME# assertion.
Am I right?

Please also advice where I could find this piece of information in PCI spec
2.2.
I had no luck finding it earlier.
