PCI to RS232 card

Hi PCI experts,

I have a system with the follownig back panel:

2 serial ports

1 Parallel Port

2 USB 1.1 ports.

2 PCI slots

But I need to get the following instead

5 Serial ports

1 Irda port

What is the cheapest least expensinve way of getting what I need?

I remember seeing a PCI card with 4 or 5 serial ports on it?  Can any one point me to where I can find this.
