Burst transfer between host DRAM and TARGET only PCI agent

Hi
Could someone explain me how to force a burst transfer from/to 
host main DRAM memory to/from TARGET only PCI 2.x agent.
Let’s consider a PC platform with Intel Pentium processor and 
32/64 bit PCI bus v. 2.x. Is it possible to establish a burst 
read or write transmission between PC DRAM and PCI add-in card, 
when this card doesn’t have the bus master capability and it’s 
only a burst-capable target? If yes, how to program processor or 
main board to force this kind of transmission?
