Re: PCI board not working in some mother boards?



If I remember correctly, the 9449 does not have VIO clamps to support universal (3V/5V) signaling (we rejected the part because of this issue - it has no VIO pin).  If you dig deep into the data I'm sure that Cypress state this somewhere (I'm happy to say that they are pretty open about this sort of thing... unlike some other vendors I could mention !).
