PCI Power Rating
I am designing a PCI card which has a rather high power consumption.
Please can someone supply me with the following data for "conventional"
PCI:
1. Maximum power per slot. (25W ?)
2. Maximum current on +12V supply. (500mA ?)
3. Maximum current on +3.3V supply. (7.6A ?)
I understand that I should not be relying on the +5V supply as not all
motherboards will provide this voltage. Is this correct ? If not, then
what is the maximum current on the +5V supply ?
Thanks in advance.
