IDSEL signal compact PCI

Dear experts,
Can anybody tell me how you need to handle the IDSEL signal?
In the PICMG 2.0 R3.0 document on page 22 they are saying that you need to
connect it with AD31...AD25 via the backplane.
Do you need to foresee a resistor between the IDSEL signal line and the ADxx
signal line?
If so, what is the value for that resistor?
It's not very clear for me how to handle that IDSEL signal.
Please send me some feedback if you have experiences with designing compact
PCI system board or backplanes.
