Dear Cadez,
we have working IP to interface an IDE drive. This IP contains a small and
easy RISC processor to handle most of the ATA protocol, we may offload the
host CPu by far (we just generate an interrupt after transfering 256
sectors). We could integrate that into a QuickLogic QL5064 PCI FPGA which
supports 64bit/66MHz PCI.
It's not off the shelf but it may provide superior features.
